The Toolbox sees the light of day: Launch event on April 30, 2025, in Heilbronn

What a successful day!
The toolbox was presented to the public for the first time at the launch event in Heilbronn on April 30. The first version could be tried out on site—the extensive feedback from participants was particularly valuable!
The launch event for the Toolbox for Learning Formats brought together people from different areas of education in Heilbronn, where they not only talked about learning, but above all learned from each other. Openness, diversity, and inspiring conversations made the day special and brought new ideas and contacts.
Various interactive sessions provided opportunities for discussion, experimentation, and joint reflection. In one of the sessions, for example, participants worked in small groups to develop their visions for the future of learning, with diverse and inspiring results.
A big thank you goes to our speakers:
🔹 @Anne Strauch from the German Institute for Adult Education enriched the event with an exciting presentation on micro-credentials.
🔹@ Dr. Karolin Salmen from Heidelberg University provided insights into sustainable and participatory teaching and learning and, drawing on her psychological background and practical experience working with students, offered perspectives on self-regulation – for example, on time management, motivation, and goal setting.
🔹Dr. Anh Mattick from the IRB also provided initial insights into the new white paper “Navigating Workplace Skilling in the Age of Digital Transformation.”
Thank you to everyone who attended! We look forward to more events!
