FAQ

The Toolbox is a platform where users and anyone interested in learning and training formats can connect with providers of these training formats. It presents over 150 proven and innovative learning formats that can be filtered using over 10 criteria. 

The Toolbox is aimed at two groups:

• Those interested in learning formats: These may be HR managers and HR officers, managers, team leaders who want to develop their employees and teams in a specific area.
• Providers: These are companies and self-employed individuals who implement learning formats in practice, either on a topic-independent basis or already on a specific topic. 

The Toolbox is operated by Fraunhofer IRB. The project was funded by the Global Global Upskill project. 

The following personal data is collected:

• Last name
• First
• Company
• Email
• Position (optional)

The data is stored on Fraunhofer-Severn servers operated in Germany. Email addresses are only used to send information from the system and for a newsletter about the toolbox. 

Your personal data will be stored for as long as you have a user account in the Toolbox. The data will be deleted after the account is deleted. 

A Next Generation 2 firewall is installed upstream, Cortex Endpoint Protection runs on the server, and we also have a reverse proxy (NGINX) upstream. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

Yes, the Toolbox is GDPR-compliant. You can find more information on data protection in the privacy policy.

Yes, various cookies are used. You can find a detailed overview in the data protection information.

We use anonymized data to evaluate user behavior. This is done via the Matomo platform in compliance with data protection regulations.

The Toolbox contains descriptions of various learning formats. The descriptions include detailed information, practical examples, templates, and information about possible providers.

The content is maintained by the Fraunhofer Information Center for Building and Spatial Planning IRB. 

As a provider, I can store my contact details for the respective content and provide practical examples, templates, and documents.

Yes, new learning formats are constantly being added. The filter categories are also adapted as needed. 

No, not at the moment.

Content added by external partners is reviewed before publication. Inappropriate content is removed immediately.
